All of our products are made by three people here at FH therefore it takes us a while to make everything. Lock holsters and smaller accessories are shipped out on a weekly basis. This way we can spend all of our time working on your totally awesome utility belt or bag.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
ALL RETURNS are good for exchange or store credit only. We do NOT give cash returns. Being a very small business with every product handmade we are not set up for it the way big corporations are. We built this company out of nothing thus every dollar we make immediately goes back into the business. There are no exceptions on this policy. We sincerely appreciate your understanding on this matter.
Yes! We are the true inventors of these incredibly simple yet functional products. They come in multiple sizes thus we most likely have the correct holster for your lock even if you do not see a photo of the exact model you use. There are about a million different u-lock sizes and models out in the world and we do our very best to accommodate each and every one of you.
If you do not know which size holster you need for your lock, you can let us know two dimensions in order for us to make you a custom holster. Please, please take these measurements yourself and do not forward us a link to a web page that provides dimensions because they are not the dimensions that we need.
1) Take the measurement from the outside edge to the outside edge of the U part of your lock.
2) Measure the diameter / width of the U-shaped bar. This is not the circumference.
Since we get these straps from junk yards and seconds from factories colors and weave may vary slightly.
PRODUCTION TURNAROUND TIME
We process shipments weekly on Thursdays or Fridays. All Lock Holsters, and smaller accessories will be made and shipped out within the week they are ordered. If you order after Wednesday, it will ship out the following week. We do our best to get your products to you in a timely fashion, but because everything is made to order we have to allow for production time.
We are currently on a 2-4 week turnaround on all utility belt, bag, and spat orders. Please allow us this time before contacting us on the whereabouts of your product(s). Once your item(s) has shipped you will receive an email with tracking info.
If you are in a real time crunch feel free to contact us. We can be flexible depending on our work load.
DEPOSITS ON CUSTOM ORDERS
If you are ordering something directly from us or in person at our shop we require at least a 50% non refundable deposit upon ordering and 50% payment upon completion. You have 6 months to pick up your item from us, or to communicate with us on delivery details. If 6 months pass from the time we call/email you about the completion of your item and you have not come to retrieve your product, you forfeit your product along with the deposit. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Please be aware that once your package leaves our shop we cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Please inspect all packages upon arrival. Defects or shortage claims must be made within 3 days of shipment receipt.
All domestic packages ship via USPS unless requested otherwise.
Yes, we ship internationally. We will ship all accessory orders via USPS First Class Mail. All bag and utility belt orders will ship USPS International Priority Mail. Please email us if you prefer a different shipping method.
First Class International = Cheapest. No estimated delivery date. No tracking
Priority International = 6-10 business day delivery. Tracking number (poor tracking)
Express International = 3-5 business day delivery. Tracking number (good tracking)
All sales are final on all custom utility belts/bags etc. If you tell us what you want and then you don’t like it, it is not our fault. If there is something wrong with how the product was made we are glad to fix it or replace it. Just let us know, otherwise we cannot exchange or return anything that was customized.
If you give us a color palette and say “I will let you guys design it, I trust you” then you are signing over your right to object to what you receive in the mail. This has maybe happened two or three times in the past 8 years. If you want to avoid this situation then please be as specific as possible in conveying what you want to us.
We have a large palette of colors. A lot of our more colorful solids are scrap fabrics from R.E.Load Bags and from various other places. We don’t have a consistent stock in every color at all times so just check with us if you have any questions.
WHERE CAN YOU FIND US?
